4️⃣ Order Acceptance
Once you place an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
- This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
If payment has been made and the order is cancelled, a refund will be processed.
5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 2–3 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on location.
- Delays due to courier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.
6️⃣ Returns & Refunds
We offer a 3-day return policy only in cases of:
- Defective product
- Damaged item
- Wrong item received
- Product significantly different from the description
An uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
